Appointments are recommended. We will call you one day before your reservation to confirm your date & time. Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for all reservations. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your services so that you may change, relax, and receive the full AVEDA experience. Any client arriving 10 minutes past their appointment may be asked to reschedule.
Gratuity is not included in the price of the service. In recognition of outstanding service, gratuities of 15-20% are greatly appreciated.
Spa Environment: The NV Salon & Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation, please respect the other guests’ right to privacy and quiet. Cell phones and smoking are prohibited.
Color Policy: Guarantee on color service within first week after service. Color guarantee does not apply if previous color was performed outside of NV Salon & Spa. Color correction may require more than one service and is priced individually.
Check Policy: We only accept local checks with the proper identification. Returned checks subject to maximum returned check fee allowed by law.
Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased at NV Salon & Spa are only redeemable at this location. Gift cards are valid for retail products and services-non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour cancellation is preferred, however a 24-hour cancellation is required, or a service fee may be imposed. This is courtesy to our staff members and allows us to better accommodate the needs of other clients.
Child Policy: Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult not receiving service. Only guest receiving services are allowed beyond the lobby.
Product Return Policy: AVEDA Hair and Skin Care products may be exchanged for other AVEDA products, with a valid receipt and within 30 days of purchase. No returns on Aveda personal blends, makeup, or nail products.
A consultation prior to a service provided by an AVEDA trained team member is complimentary.
